Kevin Hurley arranged our mortgage, providing us with excellent advice and actually took much of the process (which can be stressful) out of our hands. He was a pleasure to deal with and clearly very experienced.
Luke Hepworth, the agent dealing with the property, was very responsive, keeping communications between the sellers and ourselves open. He also kindly left us a little gesture when we completed following a tough time. A gent.

GoogleKFH were a very professional team from the initial meeting through to the end of the process, including during a difficult delay during the exchange of the contracts. Tim who was in charge of the office was extremely positive and supportive, and Luke who worked with the buyers and saw the whole sale through, was also friendly and supportive. We would certainly recommend KFH and would only make one suggestion for the future, to be more proactive in keeping the client informed on, say a weekly basis, during the initial viewings and the later process.

GoogleWe just recently completed on our first purchase with KFH. The experience in its entirety was fast and professional, the only thing lacking was the sense of it being a personal and considerate experience.
Understandably, estate agents are salespeople, but purchasers and renters alike, are looking for homes - a place in which they feel safe, comfortable and happy to spend years living in.
It became increasingly evident as we got closer to exchange (and the year was drawing to a close) that pressure was being applied, not for our benefit, but (most likely) for some form of bonus or commission to be had before Christmas.
Aside from this, I have no complaints and am very much looking forward to moving into my new home.
