GoogleTim at KFH could not have been more helpful. We had to sell a property in an area we weren't particularly familiar with, after an elderly relative sadly died, and he was very proactive, thoughtful and knowledgable. GoogleI have just sold a property using KFH. The sale was somewhat complicated by probate, so there was always an uncertainty about when it would be possible to exchane and complete. Tim gave me good advice on the sale price and which offers to decline, and the one to accept. The team kept us informed of visits, returned calls speedily and handled non-contract communications quickly. It was a pleasure to work with them.

GoogleTim Beattie and his great team have just sold two flats for my wife, with me acting as the day-to-day contact. I chose KFH to act for us because it seemed to me that they had a competent and committed team with no weak links. They gave good advice as to the likely realisable value of each property, as well as a coherent way of securing good quality purchasers. Their service was consistant and responsive, in that I always felt I knew what was going on, and when it got a bit fraught (which it did during the second sale for various reasons outside KFH's control) they kept everyone calm and prevented us from throwing our toys out of the cot. Highly recommended.
