GoogleA cut above the level of service you'd expect. We have just exchanged on our second move with KFH and have once again had a really positive experience. Tim Beattie led the sales team fantastically and delivered an impressive number of viewings, with a thorough level of insight and feedback as to the right prospective buyer. Our sale was handled by Shaista Bibi who combined drive and determination to get a successful result with skill and experience in steering the process. All in all we would highly recommend KFH for anyone selling their house in the area.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with KFH and we had a great experience from start to finish. The initial valuation and marketing process was very smooth and efficient. Luke handled our sale and he was incredibly helpful, making sure everyone was up to date and pushing things forward. We wanted to move quickly and Luke enabled this to happen, going the extra mile to make sure we were able to get things done on time and understanding the priorities of everyone involved. We were really pleased with the service and would recommend.

The team have an in-depth knowledge of the local property market and worked tirelessly to get buyers through the door quickly. Once we had an offer accepted, Harry Jones who was handling our sale was extremely pro-active and kept the process moving. We would strongly recommend using them.

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Vicky from the KFH West Dulwich branch during my recent first time buyer acquisition. Vicky provided a great service throughout the process, of particular note was: - suggestion of properties that matched the criteria set out by me ( rather than showing me a bunch of properties that were either above budget or didn’t meet main requirements which seems very common nowadays ); - very polite in all correspondence ( emails, calls and face-to-face ); - helpful advice whenever needed and happy to explain what steps needed to be taken ( given that I was a first time buyer it was all very new to me ). All in all a great service and would definitely want to use again for next step in the property ladder.

GoogleWe've been on both sides of the process with KFH over the years, buying and then selling with them - and I'm glad to say that our latest sale has been just as straightforward as previous transactions. Tim's advice and valuation of our home was spot on. The marketing images and text were very good quality and we agreed an offer almost immediately, despite the weakening market. The progression through the sales process (by Vicky) was handled extremely well, with regular proactive updates coming through, so there was never any need to ask, or chase, for information. All in all another great experience and I'd certainly recommend KFH for buying or selling properties in and around West Norwood / Dulwich.

Shaista managed the sale of our property and handled it professionally and sensitively to keep things moving ahead when things stalled on our onward purchase, and in the final few days to get everything over the line. The USP the KFH West Dulwich team bring over other agents is their professionalism, friendliness and above all non-pushy manner, which takes a lot of the stress out of moving house.

GoogleI have been looking for a suitable property in South London for some time and have encountered many 'half-interested' estate agents. I was beginning to despair, but was then fortunate to discover Tim at the KFH West Dulwich branch. He and his colleagues at other KFH branches went out of their way to help. Although I did not actually find what I was looking for, I can't praise Tim and his colleagues enough for their proactive approach and desire to go the extra mile. It's very refreshing to come across people who know what customer service really means.

GoogleVery Professional The Team managed to find a buyer very quickly with asking price and handled the transaction smoothly. we were reticent to go with their Conveyancing suggestion but that all went smoothly too . Shaista who handled our sale was very prompt in response and a pleasure to work with. As we were only selling and already living in rental it was only half the picture, however when our buyers tried to drop there offer by a large chunk, KFH negotiated on our behalf and stopped any last minute nonsense by the buyer so huge credit to them for that. All in all a good experience and I would recommend them

GoogleMy partner and I bought our first flat through Kinleigh West Dulwich and had a fantastic experience. Our agent, Lee, was incredibly helpful, quickly understanding what was important to us, and helping us find the perfect place for us, as well as recommending our new favourite restaurant! (Tulse Hill Hotel - fantastic). The level of support between offering and completion was also brilliant and helped take a lot of the stress out of the situation. I'd say that compared to all the other agencies we used, Kinleigh West Dulwich showed us the best quality houses at honest prices, where some others we had seen seemed to be inflated far above the standard. Would highly recommend to any prospective buyers

They were exceptionally proactive in generating foot traffic in difficult times for sales and put their competition to shame in terms of viewings generated. Vicky's advice on marketing the property was very accurate and played a key part in generating a strong offer. All the team however, were excellent and worked well together to sell my property. My only regret is I didn't go sole agency with them so if you are reading this and haven't appointed an agent, learn from my mistake and appoint these guys!
