She is the real estate agent anyone could wish for in any place, i had a dealt With 5 different real estate agency and multiple agents but have not seen The same professionalism, devotion and dedication as such i have Experienced with Bozena Dela throughout the process. She attended to all our inquiries and she was very precise and prompt. I wish her all the best because people like her always rise the bar of expectations.

GoogleI first went to the KFH after the previous landlord pulled the offer last minute deciding to stay with his current tenants. this mean that we were a week away from moving out of our previous place and needed to find a place as soon as possible. We first entered KFH a week before we needed to move in. we went in just as they were about to close and Bradley Peak talked to us about a few options we had and was kind enough to stay after they closed to go show us an amazing apartment, on which we put an offer and was able to move in in just a short week due to all the hard work he and KFH put in. I would highly recommend working with KFH, they are very professional and work hard to try and get you the perfect place.

GoogleI was interested in renting a flat in one of 2 areas in London, one of them being Marleybone. I was greeted by Ludovico who professionally asked me what my preferences were and immediately narrowed down the research to what could have fitted me. The options he showed me had indeed 3 flats I would have fancied. I though decided to move elsewhere in London. I would definitely recommend KFH Marleybone to anyone searching for a flat there! GoogleIt was my first ever experience dealing with estate agents and I did a lot of research prior to inviting them into my home. It has to be said that Valentina from KFH was the most professional, understanding of my needs and least pushy. She was very attentive, she listened (how rare) to both my questions and concerns and all in all did a first rate job. she was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an intelligent professional clearly on top of her game in the West End property scene.

GoogleI’m so happy with the service from KFH especially with the agent who helped me! I was scared of searching for properties as I didn’t know the process, what to look for, to ensure I’m getting what I will pay for. I would really recommend KFH to anyone especially first time renters who are interested in searching to find a home or just to understand the process and getting comfortable. Personally I would go to Jack Eugenio as he was the agent that really helped uncomplicate things for me. It’s really nice that they speak to you with confidence and clarity as other people I’ve spoken to in the past would make me confused when I left.
