GoogleIt's impossible to talk to anyone, last week I conducted my business outside the office, as I wasn't allowed in, do not need to do this with other estate agents. The man I spoke to said he would pass my details onto Karim in the lettings team, still waiting, even though they have an advert on Zoopla, which matches my criteria. I'd like to arrange a viewing, phoned several times, voice mail, saying they will call back, which of course they don't. Very unprofessional.NegativeResponsiveness

In the tenancy agreement negotiation process, Sarah helped us every step of the way. I have never left I was left alone dealing with an issue without support. First class service by Justin and Bozena to conclude a significant sale in difficult times. Once again, I have no hesitation recommending KFH property professionals. Excellent letting team lead by Valentina. An appropriate asking price was advised and subsequently achieved within a few days of marketing. GoogleWe made an offer for a flat a which was officially accepted, we had a letter - but they kept showing the flat and negotiated to find a higher price. We were moving forward with the mortgage and lawyer and the vendor withdrew. However they may try to justify it, if an offer is accepted then that is unethical behaviour. Our time, energy and resources wasted for no reason, major headache and disappointment.

GoogleAfter sign the agreement for rent a flat in london and paid all the year rent in full to kfh client account alex called and say the agreement is canceled because of few unacceptable reason (landlord decided to sell the flat ) while i post all my document for dvla to that address now it’s nearly 3 week im keep calling to get my money back and also if i can get my documents from that address!!!very bad experience,not really trustable people!!!!definitly not recommended
