GoogleSuch poor customer service - called this morning to inquire about a property to buy and the guy that answered the phone was in a really funny patronizing mood - would never use or recommend!

GoogleI used this office for both lettings and sales and have received excellent service from both teams. My property was initially let by KFH who later found me a buyer when I decided to sell. I spoke to a number of agents in the past but found the KFH teams by far the most professional. I would recommend the managers; Valentina for lettings and James for sales.

GoogleThe landlord backed out a few hours we were meant to move in, and this agency hasn't apologised for making us homeless or returned our money, which means we can't even secure another place. Appalling.

GoogleI normally instruct agents whom I already know when any of my tenants are leaving and at first was reluctant to add KFH who sold me my house in another part of London but I found Valentina attentive, friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy so decided to give KFH a chance.
