One of the worst estate agents ever I have dealt with, Asked for hundred documents and proof of savings which equal four times the amount of the annual rent amount and asking for guarantor who should be a home owner or have a British passport and all payslips then after pushing them they just followed the usual rules Besides after all of that, they gave me a room which I did not choose or opt for for a bloody expensive rent and while having Wi-Fi in the house they denied having it and I found out when checked online to purchase a one that the house already have a one

GoogleDouble check everything they tell you! Michael Vidas showed us 4 car-free developments despite us stating that we required a permit. He then proceeded to lie about the availability of a permit. Thankfully we realised before making an offer, however we received no apology.
