GoogleI had previously been using another agent in the area and they made the selling process very stressful. I came across Kings Group on Google and the buying and selling process has been very smooth. From the valuation up until completion, the agency were very transparent. Special mention to Tremaine who worked extremely hard to secure an offer on my property by conducting numerous open days and he managed to get the price I wanted.

Unfortunately, I had bad experiences with them as I was misleaded by their testimonials. They're just opportunistic to buy houses in very small prices when people are in difficult situations. They manipulate people's helpless situations. I would never take any services from them in future.
