Brilliant service. Justin went out of his way to ensure a successful purchase of a property which had endless hurdles. Would always recommend as they exceeded all expectations.

From a buyer's perspective, they work very quickly. Ismael quickly got back to me on any queries I had about the property and kept me notified during every step, which made me feel well looked after.

Deposit will be ransacked

I didn't have a problem with Kings until I checked out. As usual with letting agents and landlords they just want to keep as much as your deposit as possible. Despite the flat being professionally cleaned, they wanted it cleaned again by their cleaners. Regardless of the condition you leave it, expect to get deductions.

My viewing was cancelled 15 min before after travelling for 1h with the excuse that some electrical works were being done at the property (not an emergency so they knew in advance). Asked to reschedule and after a week still waiting to hear back.

Unethical

NO ethics at all. They will steal every penny of your deposit unless you fight for it. They don't follow the tenancy agreement themselves and would want to vacate the tenants by getting a court order from some corrupted county courts. Truly run by mafia
