Fantastic letting agents! Right from the beginning with Billy Haspineall, Keaton's Bow have been excellent to work with. Billy was friendly, helpful and transparent. By far the best letting agent we've ever had and all issues are picked up really quickly by Jay and the team at Bow. Couldn't recommend Billy and Keaton's enough.

My experience with renting a property with Keatons has been great - in particular I have dealt with Marta - who from the start has had such lovely positive energy which has made this somewhat stressful process (ie finding a flat in London) so much easier! Me and my brother found this apartment in Royal Docks offered by Keatons. Rebecca Cousins and Daniel John from the agency provided outstanding service and supported us from the process of application for the apartment until after moving in. I was helped by Michael, from viewing the property to the final move in date; who made the process very comfortable and transparent. He also helped me prepare by proving all the right info and was helpful whenever I had any questions. I think Keatons is one of the best experience I have had with any letting agency so far.
