Have had a very positive experience with Keatons to date - we have rented a property through them and Lauren Wood was great from start to finish - from showing us the property, keeping us updated with our offer through to sorting the paperwork. Their tenancy portal is also very easy to use. Thanks also to Natalie for sorting our onboarding docs and answering our queries.

Shoutout to Jay Smith for his support getting our boiler replaced so speedily. Super communication: called to say he was working on it, called to confirm landlord was happy with boiler quote, called to find a suitable time for a plumber to visit, then followed up after. Very friendly manner and understanding of the inconvenience caused. Thanks Jay! :)

We sold our flat with Keatons and they were helpful and professional throughout. We dealt with Dean for our valuation which was quick and accurate and Richard for our sale who found us solid buyers quickly and maintained good contact throughout. Patricia and Richard were our saviours throughout a long and protracted leasehold extension as part of the sale and we were thankful for their continued professionalism and support despite many frustrations.

Taking the stress out of renting. The first property I saw with Keatons was the one for me and I wanted to move to the next steps. Michael Logan was my agent and was very efficient, friendly and clear about what they needed from me. I was very happy with the customer service and would recommend Keatons as a professional estate agents with fantastic customer service and a selection of very decent properties to rent, not an easy thing to find in London. Upon agreeing the tenancy, Danielle was very quick to follow-up with all the next steps. I rented my flat out through the Bow office. I dealt with Billy to find the tenants and subsequently Jay who helped with all the necessary works to be done on the flat before the tenants moved in. The overall service has been great from everybody and I would recommend using Keatons if you need to rent your flat out in the area.
