We recently moved into Bow, we chose Keaton’s as they have lots properties and a wide range of price points listed. The service was great from our first viewing to signing our contact. Justine was great and she had great knowledge of the area. Justine and Natalie were fantastic in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the process. Natalie was very professional and efficient when we were handed over to her to complete our tenancy agreement etc. The company also use a third party to assist in setting up all of our new accounts. That totally took the stress away from the move. We would definitely use Keatons in the future and would recommend them.

Have worked with Keatons both on the purchase of my property and then the subsequent sale 4 years later. After having spoken to numerous estate agents, it was clear that Keatons has the best distribution channels in the area. Every individual I have dealt with there has been very capable. Jon Taylor and Lakvinder Singh were both exceptionally helpful and thorough throughout the Sale. And not to mention Keatons sold my house at asking price within 10 days. Highly recommend.

Property search London

Both me and my girlfriend were looking to move to London from Ireland and were actively looking to find a place to live. Lauren Woods in Keatons was very helpful during this process, she set up virtual viewings while we waited to book flights. She also was extremely accommodating with us for arranging in person viewings and always answered any queries in a few hours which really helped put us at ease. Lauren made the moving process, particularly from abroad, seamless and I would have qualms in regarding Keatons and her services in future.

Great Experience with Keatons

My experience with Keatons has been pleasant. Their staff is very professional and everything is well defined. All the people working in Keatons try to help as much they can. I rented an apartment through them in London, and everything worked out till the end of tenancy and receiving my refund back. Steven Gadd their senior property manager, was specially very helpful in answering all my queries. Since the day I decided to move out of the property and until I received deposit back in my account, Steve was helpful, responsive and knew what he was answering. Keatons Kentish Town were the most pleasant and helpful of the estate agents we spoke to (also the only ones to actually call us when new properties in our budget came up!) Michael was very efficient getting in touch ASAP and setting up the viewing when the property came up, and Mark was so great showing us around, answering all of our questions and guiding us through the offer/post-offer process. A very friendly group of people who make you feel like a priority in a such a fast-moving market.

Very unprofessional

Natalie Craddock was very unprofessional. The organisation for our moving was a disaster, from payment issues to the end of tenancy cleaning that was terrible. Plus, it is very difficult to contact her, she never answers to the phone and didn't sort any of the issues we had. We moved into a dirty flat, after pointing that out to her she said she would have make the cleaning company come again, we asked to please contact another cleaning company as that one wasn't a professional one and couldn't even come before we moved all our stuff in the new house, she refused, made them come after we moved everything in and even after the second cleaning, the flat was as dirty as we found it the first time with plenty of pictures to prove it. Estate agencies are super busy after covid, make yourself a favour and chose one that can really help you sort things out, moving house is already stressful, you don't want to put more stress having to deal with more issues that you are already.

Keatons Wanstead - great service

I had a really good experience with Keatons in Wanstead. From the start, the advice and help I got from Paul Rooke when I was unsure about selling or letting my property, was really valuable and helpful. David Roderick sold the flat very quickly and was super helpful and always on hand. Toni Caldwell helped manage the process smoothly through the sale. I had some legal issues towards the end of the sale (while having Covid) and David and the team went above and beyond to help me out - really massively appreciate that. The whole team was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or rent.
