Great experience with Oscar in Bow

We worked with Oscar Pace and he was brilliant. Very knowledgable, transparent and gave great advice for putting in an offer. Although we didn’t secure the original house we viewed, Oscar made sure to keep in touch with us and sent us other options that suited our needs/budget (no spam!). Couldn’t recommended him enough, he’s left me with a very positive view on Keatons as an agency.

Very personal and thoughtful approach

I've been looking for a flat closer to city center and have been viewing quite a few flats, among which was a flat by Keatons. Oscar was incredibly helpful and professional. That flat didn't work out for me, so over the course of the next couple of weeks Oscar was sending me their flat offers tailored to my requirements, and eventually I was able to secure a great place matching most of my criteria. Overall, the experience was very positive and I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with Keatons.

Thank you to Justine for her help in searching for a flat! Justine was super knowledgeable about the flats she showed me in the Bow area and answered all of my many questions. She was helpful in giving advice in submitting an offer and was always readily available by phone and by email, which I really appreciated. Helpful and friendly team

Justine has been really helpful throughout the process of viewing/negotiating and signing for a property. She was very friendly on the phone and in person for the viewing and quick to pass on any questions we had for the landlord before signing the tenancy agreement. Elza was also helpful with our questions and organising inventory check ins. We are yet to move into the new flat but I know that they’ll be on hand if we need them!

Big thanks to Natalie! We went through a lot of stress durning the referencing process on this tenancy. Some of the problems were completely our fault but some of them were caused by a lot of miscommunication. When we nearly gave up on this tenancy Natalie form Keatons at lower Clapton came with her professional touch and honestly saved the day. She was very lovely, attentive and organised. Good experience

I had a good experience with Keatons. Oscar was very nice and helpful. Oscar listened carefully to what I wanted from our rental and suggested some listings which matched my criteria.
