The journey from Clapton Square to Dunlace Road was a really big step for me and my autistic five year old. Riaz was amazing, excited with us at every step of the way which was such a lovely personal touch. Natalie has been super helpful with organising all the finer things you don't think of and Laura has been persistant in guiding me through a few of the inevitable teething problems. Really good service from these guys and I reccommend them. Lovely office to pop into as well on Chatsworth Road! Thank you Keatons. Eloise and Spike.

First class service

From the first meeting to the completion of the sale, Sean and Chloe were amazing.We had some issues with our daughter moving out to another flat which delayed things and Keatons were amazing at keeping in touch and letting the buyer know that the delay was beyond our control.When I needed help with disposing of items and cleaning the flat due to personal commitments and not being able to do this myself they were wonderful at sorting everything.I would recommend Keatons for anybody looking for a great agent and am grateful to them for their help and support during this time.

Keatons Wanstead - Hardworking, Reliable, Easy Experience!

Finding a property through Keatons Wanstead has been great! Justine Reynolds showed us around a couple of properties working hard in getting us viewings as early as possible and had been instrumental in negotiating our offer through to the landlord in a timely manner. Upon securing the property Elza Kapitanska the tenancy co-ordinator has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, helping with every issue along the way, no matter how big or small! They have both made the whole renting process so comfortable for us!

OJ and Toni were so easy to work with. Great communicators and OJ’s negotiating skills meant I had a really good offer. Highly recommend Lak Singh! Top experience!

Five stars for sure. Can totally recommend Lak Singh, as he was helpful and quick to respond from the very first meeting till the ending of the sale. 5 Star Keatons letting team

Keatons letting team have been exceptional throughout the period I used them to rent my property. The team managed the property too and were very good at ensuring issues were resolved in a timely and cost effective manner. I recently decided to sell the property having owned it for many years and the Keatons team provided excellent support to allow the sale to progress. Unfortunately I had a tenant who refused to move out despite all the correct notice being given. Keatons provided excellent advice and support throughout the eviction. Special mention to Jay Izzet and Natalie Craddock during this testing period and Nith Krishnan for all his hard work throughout the let. When the eviction went to court Keatons had done everything correctly throughout the let allowing for a swift eviction decision from the courts. I really appreciate all the hard work and support!

Big help for someone organizing a trans-continental move!

I've heard horror stories about trying to rent in London, but I didn't have any trouble once I got in contact with Keatons. Property agent Luke Bull made the process incredibly easy, especially compared to some of the other companies I've dealt with- no last-minute cancellations, no showing up to uncleaned apartments, and no fuss about fixing the one (small) property issue we noted during my showing. I should mention that I'm an American working here with a visa, and I went through the rental process while trying to coordinate a trans-Atlantic move. Luke was extremely accommodating and patient with me regarding the logistical and communication issues I was still dealing with- things that had been worrying me about my rental prospects since before I began looking. Thanks to him (with an assist from Natalie Craddock, who helped me work through the referencing process!), I now have an apartment I love in a neighborhood I adore! While I recommend them generally as property agents, If you're moving here from abroad then I can specifically recommend Luke and Natalie as excellent people to work with in finding your new home!

Since that time I have worked with various staff members from Keatons, all of whom I have found to be very efficient and helpful. Landlord Bow E3

As a landlord of a flat in Bow, I changed agents in September after being with another local estate agent for a few years and not being completely happy. Billy, Oscar, Danielle and Jay at Keatons Bow were fantastic right from the start. The communication, responsiveness, comparable fees compared to other agents when looking at it in detail, transparency with fees and gaining agreement for any works have been fantastic. Over the last 15 years that I’ve let my flat in Bow I’ve been with 2 other local estate agents with offices on Bow Road and so far Keatons have been 100 times better than the other agents. I also have rental property outside London and the managing agents there are very easy to deal with… I’d not yet found a London agent that’s comparable to one outside London… maybe I have now? I’ve never wanted to change managing agents as it’s a lot of hassle to switch but hopefully I’ve now found an estate agents I can stay with for the longer term.
