It was a smooth transition finding new tenants at an improved rental rate. I was very confident in Keatons finding suitable tenants for my house. The vetting process was highly detailed and gave me an added sense of security. I would also like to personally thank Shani for managing the overall letting process. Since Keatons first started managing my property in 2021 I have experienced an excellent professional service. I would definitely be confident in allowing Keatons to find me future tenants.

We had a great experience working with Natalie Craddock at Keatons during our tenancy. She was consistently helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. Even after we had moved out and were no longer tenants, Natalie replied within the hour and got everything sorted quickly and without any fuss. That level of support, even after the tenancy had ended, really stood out. I really appreciated her professionalism and would highly recommend her.

Having had a few rough experiences with other estate agents in the area, we were expecting more of the same but were very impressed with Elliot (who negotiated the sale) and Toni (who managed the sale process). We felt Elliot treated us very fairly and was very reasonable (even when a different property we were trying to buy fell through). Toni was communicative and helped us manage the sale process with minimal stress. We have been left with restored faith and a v.positive impression of these people.

Keatons has always been our first choice of estate agencies local to London. Throughout the last 15 years, from renting to letting we had received great assistance, speedy response from them. They have been professional for both sides (speaking as both renters and landlords), in my opinion, reasonable and responsible to the local housing market. I want to thank Oscar Pace for his excellent service and advice , from the first day of the viewing , the way he attended the appointment with us, he took the time to show us the flat , he was no pushing or rushing , he was very professional his knowledge and advice was great, I feel so happy and we got the flat , he was following up with us , and replying promptly to our questions and emails , I feel truly happy with the service and with the agency the process was smooth and they have been so supportive , Danielle took over the process after passing references and she was very flexible and helpful following up with the landlords and giving us all the information we needed , thank you so much because this is our home now and we look forward to continue making business with you.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience working with Samuel and Debby at Keatons throughout the sale of our flat. It wasn’t the most straightforward transaction, but they remained calm, proactive and supportive from start to finish. Their communication was excellent and they worked hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving at key moments. As we were based overseas for the process, they were also fantastic in navigating time zone differences and keeping us informed at all times. We missed out on a lovely place by the park, but found a similar one not far from the same spot a couple of weeks later. I'd contacted Keatons when I saw the ad about a viewing but the flat wasn't ready yet, so I missed out on being contacted. I called up and explained the situation. Rose was super understanding and offered to schedule a viewing the next day. During the viewing, I didn't feel under pressure to look around quickly, and I wasn't overloaded with information. Rose was informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were really happy that we were able to find a place through Keatons in a great location. Thank you!I have received very good service from Keatons overall. Their renting process has been very transparent, and service has been quick. Siane was also really helpful in the earlier viewing!

The best offer, which I accepted, was an impressive £32K above the asking price. I was really impressed by Keatons, they have made my flat purchase very smooth.Prior to my offer being accepted, Sean Studd was incredibly prompt with booking the viewing and resolving any queries I had, I never had to wait more than a couple hours by email. My partner and I found a new property to rent via Keatons and experienced amazing customer service. We were helped by Justine and she was brilliant through the whole process. We initally didn't get the first property we enquired about due to that landlord increasing the initial price, but as soon as we saw another property in the same area, we let Justine know and she did everything in her power to secure it for us. The process of credit checks, referencing and paying our deposits was also so easy and stress-free. We're really looking forward to having Keatons as our estate agents while in this property. Couldn't recommend enough!

Massive thank you to Natalie Craddock who supported us from day one. She is really approachable and is super patient which always helps. She kept us updated with any developments, went through the paperwork right through to the end when we returned the keys. We are so grateful for her assistance throughout and wish her nothing but the best for the future! Also a massive thank you to Corina Tohaneanu who dealt with our queries during the tenancy, and help with getting a lot of issues resolved including the council. Again, we are so grateful for your assistance throughout! A brilliant team with a some of the best customer skills I’ve seen in a long time, just makes the journey for a tenant/homeowner a little bit less stressful, 10/10 and would highly recommend for anyone to use.

It can often feel like agents don't listen to your requests and try to shoehorn you into specific places, but Marta genuinely listened and proposed flats that worked for our needs. Corina has been our property manager for quite some time now and I can say she is the best. Any issues we have with our apartment has been dealt with professionally, efficiently and most importantly in a timely manner. She is also thorough in her work and manages expectations very well.She is great to work with, knows how to handle tricky situations taking the stress from the landlord away which is a huge help. Not sure how I would navigate some situations without her experience and advice.
