Some legal complications resulted in about six months delay to our flat purchase. The agent handling the sale, OJ AKSU at Keatons, was highly professional and ensured seamless communication between buyer and seller throughout. He made an otherwise very stressful process manageable. OJ definitely deserves a five star rating.

Been with them for a while and mostly experience has been good but in last year or so, customer service has been pretty poor.If you need anything or more often, if they need something from you, some departments have been quite rude.

Very clear letting process - fairly allowing prospective tenants a chance to view the flat before giving a clear deadline by which to make an offer. The a smooth, clear process from the point of viewing, through referencing, receiving contract and moving in.
