I have phoned Keaton’s Kentish Town branch nearly 10 times over the past month and not once have they picked up the phone. Completely bizarre behaviour from a letting agency.

I've been on a managed property for over 4 years now and the service has been outstanding. Whenever I had to use their services (e.g an appliance that broke) they resolved the issue very quickly and professionally. Charley Knight at the docklands (Limehouse) office is top notch, super friendly and very efficient, I would 100% recommend them for both tenants and landlords.
