His initial guidance and introduction to the process of selling a property was most comprehensive and sensitively presented. His choice of team was excellent.Particularly the excellent working relationship with OJ. His calm professional manner and empathy, lead us through all the viewings and advised us of the detailed ebb and flow of the progression towards the exchange of contracts….and beyond.Marta supported OJ with viewings.We appreciate and congratulate that Jon seamlessly implemented all the processes necessary to satisfy all the parties and their representatives to the final completion date.We are sure that our friend would be most pleased that we chose Keatons to act on her behalf.

Professionalism and friendly faces

While trying to find a property, Keatons have been an amazing company to work with, with their prompt responses, professional persona and overall helpfulness. Oscar Pace, our letting agent, in particular was a joy to speak to and always kept us in the loop with the status of the property and what we can expect. Right up until move in, nothing was left in their air and we were informed of all details. Natalie Craddock also aided in the smoothness of our move in. We are incredibly happy with our new property and look forward to our stay here.

We are renting with Keatons in Deptford London. Lauren has been really helpful and responsive throughout the process, making it a good experience to secure and move into the property. Administration and having the contract sorted took a bit longer than necessary, but these were only minor hick ups. Overall a good experience renting from Keatons.
