FacebookSimply quibbled the rental increase and tenancy renewal fees - stating that I thought my housemates and I were being unfairly stung. The letting agent told me that he did not wish for us to feel this way and could have easily been more "mercenary" had he desired. More mercenary than £200 extra per month? Thanks Keatons, we are truly blessed. Does this still qualify for the quarterly prize draw?!
