GoogleCan I give no star... this was the worst estate agent I have EVER dealt with in the past 20 years of renting. The house was in poor condition and in a constant state of needing repair. They continued to ignore internal problems with the flat and when attempting to "fix" the leaks, broken appliances etc, they would just break again. Keaton's would rarely return calls, emails. Totally unprofessional. I sincerely do not recommend! I never write reviews but I had to for this, as it is almost a joke at how disrespectful they are to their tenants.

FacebookJust started renting a flat with Keatons in bow and the place was filthy when moved in and had to clean it myself with my 1 year old crawling around me, even vomit around the underside of toilet bowl and millimetres of filth under the toilet. No working fire alarm which is illegal, no meter readings done on check in and then no access given to meters for 2 weeks at which point the electricity bill is extortionate because I can't prove we haven't used the electricity they say we have which is £112 in 2 weeks apparently! Utterly appalled at their abissimal and incompetent treatment of us as tenants. They couldn't have done less and made it worse for us if they'd tried. We pay £1600 in rent a month and had to actually pay Keatons to treat us this way which is infuriating
