GoogleFantastic agency,i have been with them for over 12 years,they found me 2 great flats within that time in different areas.I highly recommend them if you want to have stress free life.They provide very quick solutions if there is a problem with the flat.I call Kyle a superman!! GoogleBe extremely careful if you're renting with this "agency". They are the most unprofessional, dishonest people I've ever dealt with. We were promised certain things would be done/fixed around the house we rented before we move in and in the end we had to move in without the property to be even cleaned with plenty of rubbish left from previous tennants! I strongly suggest you get everything they say written down and signed !!!

GoogleIf it was possible i would give minus 5 stars for this unprofessional company, since the first day we had moved in our property they caused us only problems. These agents are unprofesionnal and don't have any clue what they are doing and how. The worst experiance in my life . HIGHLY DON'T RECOMEND YOU WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY EXCEPT IF YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO LOSE IN THE MEANTIME

GoogleCouldn't been more happy with my experience with JT. They have beautiful flats, an amazing service and a great team. My agent Rique help me with the process of finding a flat to buy. He's been there since the very beginning, always positive, supportive and extremely helpful. He deserves 10 stars! Highly recommended!

GoogleKyle and Samira are very good professionals, always responsive and helpful. During the two and a half years of our tenancy, every time we had an issue, this was dealt with and fixed in a timely manner. Kyle in particular has been very attentive in dealing with the Landlord and always found a reasonable compromise to make all parties happy (e.g. when there were renovation works in the flat above).

GoogleVery disappointing service. The agent made us wait for an hour for viewing a property and ultimately didn't turn up. He was not even answering the phone. Later had to call the general line and some other agent arranged for viewing and made us wait more, didn't even like the property. Overall unprofessional and unreliable. GoogleKarl, head of properties, apparently isn't interested to know about complaints. If he isn't interested, he is missing out on the most valuable data a company can have. Knowing what's not working means that you can fix it, alternatively, you can just stick your head in the sand and get a call from the Information Commissioner. GDPR means something,even to slimy letting agents.
