GoogleGreat experience with Siva, who showed us around a wonderful property in West London. When a few administrative issues appeared during our referencing period, he remained understanding and helpful. Other estate agents might have just thrown in the towel and moved onto other prospective tenants, so we really appreciated his efforts to make sure we could move into the flat we loved. GoogleI'm really happy with the way Adina handled maintenance stuff for my property. Whenever there was an issue, she was quick to sort it out and send someone out to fix it. Her professionalism and attention to detail were great. Definitely recommend JT to anyone needing property management services.

GoogleRecently purchased a house through JT - all in all a really positive experience and Paul acted as a highly professional and understanding go-between with the vendor. I can't fault JT and Paul's efforts to make the process as smooth as possible (because when is it ever a totally smooth process?) from start to finish and was highly impressed and pleased with the service provided. Very much recommended.

GoogleAVOID !!! Extremely unprofessional,before moving in the agent Sali declared that certain things would be fixed, but at the end we end up chasing the agency for weeks to get things done however they didn't do anything at all. We had to move in in a dirty house with lots of items left from previous tenants which was highly frustrating. throughout our tenancy the agency was never cooperative or ready to assist with any issues that we had rather they were always unprofessional and we had to wait forever for replies. Would definitely advise you if you have the option to use another agency or to have everything they say in writing.

GoogleI walked into shepherds bush branch to be greeted by a friendly member of staff called Sali Tobino, she sat me down and was realistic with my budget and showed me several properties. Even though I was somewhat picky, she stuck with me and found me a lovely flat just round the corner of Shepard's bush station, it was a relief I found Sali as she made my move so much easier than searching alone and professional and quick to reply unlike other agents I've dealt with. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to move to this area.

Googleterrible. they treated us as we are renting a room and no the whole property. they change people in the house without any care if we were aware about what was going on. try to immagine, you are away for a long holiday, or you are at the hospital and one day you receive an email from your agency with the new contract to sign... not even the time to realise what's going on and the day after some strangers at home; how does it sound for you this? for me they have been unprofessional and later on they treat us with an extremely arrogant attitude. Now they push us to sign the new contract making silly threats. last but not the least their fees are super expensive. london is full of good agency, no need to use this one

GoogleI had the best experience with Miss Iveta Visnyeiova. She straight away welcomed me with the biggest Hollywood smile i have ever seen. She was very friendly, professional, funny and kind. I will never look back and will look for her in the future when looking for properties again.

We viewed the property and put an offer in for 2 years being told that would strengthen our offer. We were then told that the landlady only wanted 4 people in there plus the contract was only to be for 6 months. We were also generally told different facts by different people there.
