While the property manager handled administrative tasks efficiently, the communication with the property managers could be more streamlined. There were instances where communication delays occurred, making it slightly challenging to relay important information between me and my tenant.

Pro: professional services, prompt advert and finds tenants fairly quick, each step is achieved in good manner and order.Con: I had bad experience before when other agent didn’t transfer rental to me in time. So I asked and confirmed about the transaction plan carefully. However 2 days after the last day as they promised to send the money, I had to ask the team in writing to request the rental. Only until then I was told there’s “technical issue.” If you are not too keen to pay mortgage or other planned spending, this is a professional agent, including being slightly late in paying rental in a professional way. BTW I have not received it and this is the 10th day from tenant move-in.
