I was interested in properties on London City Island and Nikolay came fully briefed with printouts on the various layouts / info on the flats available.
Nikolay also took the time to show me round the various configs of the flats. I wasn't rushed and was shown respect and courtesy. Nikolay also followed up with me and remembered my flat preferences. (Eg. Courtyard facing or high up so it's quiet)
I'd had no previous dealings with this estate agency, but can thoroughly recommend Nikolay based on my experience.
