GoogleThe agency advertises flats they can’t get access too. I made an appointment for a viewing a week in advance, yet it was cancelled 1.5h prior the meeting because there’s no access to the flat. When I replied saying that I find it unprofessional given that they had one week to organise my viewing, I got a message that my text was rude.
Hi Agata, we’re sorry we weren’t able to show you the flat you were due to see on this occasion. As the current tenant has not yet moved out we need their permission to enter the property and unfortunately we were not able to get this in time for your viewing, despite our efforts to arrange this. We’re disappointed with the message you received, rest assured that we have spoken to the team and the manager will be in contact shortly. Thank you for your valued feedback.
