GoogleI'm happy to say that I've received a great service from John & Co, and particularly Ben and Agnes. Ben was very responsive and professional. I appreciate how he immediately knew my requests and tried to fit them while looking for a new place to rent. Agnes, although our communication was via email, she appeared to be friendly and welcoming. She is also professional, and punctual in completing the paper work. Thank you !

From the very first interaction with the team, the service was flawless. Throughout the process, they were incredibly supportive and always found solutions. We managed to rent an apartment for our daughter who is going to study in London, and knowing we have this kind of support in England gives us great peace of mind. GoogleVery good experience. I especially appreciated that James (the letting agent) sent me a very good quality video of the property before actually coming to see it in person.
