Good communication from senior property manager and customer service co-ordinator. I have recently had to communicate with the senior property manager for my apartment building, Spyros Miaris, in order to arrange for a contractor to come and perform maintenance at the apartment. After an initial struggle with regards to lodging a maintenance request and dates agreed upon being missed by the inspectors/contractors, Spyros communicated effectively and ensured the issue gets passed on to the correct channels. Francesca Cope, the customer service co-ordinator was wonderful and ensured the timely response to my maintenance requests.
