GoogleDefault lettings agent for the Embassy Gardens development, generally professional. I dealt with them as a tenant (2y). They really tried it on with the deposit at the end of the tenancy, very much as as if this was routine. Arbitary demands of £800 were eventually thrown out after months of stressful back-and-forth and threats to involve the ombudsman. If you rent through them, pay very close attention to the check-in inventory, photograph *everything* on exit, and use their end of tenancy cleaner to avoid giving them any excuse to shaft you.NegativeValue
