GoogleI had a second viewing booked for 5 flats i saw with Anthony who confirmed we will be seeing them on a Tuesday, i have it all in writing. When Tuesday came and I got my mum to drive down (2 hour drive for her) and we went to meet Anthony to view the flats he said NONE were available to view!!! He also lied to us and said they were rented out when they were NOT! He obviously forgot about my viewings and took us to see 2 flats that were not even close to what i wanted! I complained to the manger who said they have been very busy... lol! I will now take this further and have contacted the MD John Morley! What a disgraceful and unprofessional team they are at nine elms!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

FacebookWe spent 8 months without heat but they didn't care and didn't give us any form of compensation, they accused us of many things like smoking weed, having pets illegaly and told us they even filmed us but don't want to show us the videos! We arrived in a dirty place that we spent a week to clean but they didn't care at all. They treated us so badly, I wouldn't recommend this agency at all! Now, it's been more than a month we left the apartment and they still don't want to refund us for the pro-rata rent and the deposit! We only got problems with them, STAY AWAY !

GoogleAbsolutely awful estate agent to deal with. They kept us waiting up to 4 months for a repair while they were always very communicative and pushy when it was time to ask for a contract renewal, no empathy whatsoever when there were any issues and kept information hidden from the landlord. Little or no action when requested to investigate some issues. We left before the end of our tenancy due to the lack of care by John's and Co. Good try to STEAL our deposit, unfortunately for you, we won the dispute in full. Try investing in improving your customer service instead. I will certainly never ever rent or buy a property through John's and Co again.
