GoogleI had a fantastic experience as a first time buyer with over and beyond help throughout the process. Dominic in particular was fantastic, providing updates and progress from week, to weekends, to even his annual leave, to help us meet milestones. dodgy estate agent, very unprofessional they asked me to come to property viewing even the flat is not available to view they asked me to pay 2000 GBP as a reservation fee when I want to make an offer.

GoogleI called them twice during the day time to ask to send me the property details via email, and I got nothing. I called them third time after 6:00 pm (when the office should be working according the information on the website) and it seemed the agents had already gone home. Sorry, are you guys working there or what are you doing during the day?? You should improve your service, otherwise you will lose all your potential clients
