GoogleJason, Joseph and Christina are amazing. Between them, they got me the asking price for my flat in a matter of weeks and then showed initiative and commitment above the call of duty to chase solicitors and other parties on what became a daily basis to ensure completion on the property. Their customer service was fantastic! They are highly approachable, responsive and professional and I would highly recommend them. By far the best agent I have ever dealt with (and there’s been a few over the years. Relieved to have completed on my flat but I’ll miss them!

FacebookAbsolutely awful estate agent to deal with. They kept us waiting up to 4 months for a repair, no empathy whatsoever when there were any issues and kept information hidden from the landlord. Little or no action when requested to investigate some issues. We left before the end of our tenancy due to the lack of care by John's and Co. Good try to STEAL our deposit, unfortunately for you, we won the dispute in full. Try investing in improving your customer service instead. I will certainly never ever rent or buy a property through John's and Co again.

The initial interactions were not great, however, when Priscilla took over, it was much smoother and she helped resolve matters. If it were not for her, I probably would have given a 3 or 4 stars. She helped turn my experience around.

What a wonderful experience I had with Bailey at the Wapping office. I was a “walk in” and was treated as if I was a preferred returning client. We were able to book a showing/ viewing of a flat for the next day. The Wapping office has such a welcoming atmosphere! Great service and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you all for the experience.
