Working with Johns Lettings Dept, in particular with Bethel, made letting my flat quick and easy. I was kept fully informed of the process and they worked hard to limit the non-tenanted period for me. I would happily work with the team again and am confident in recommending them to others.

FacebookWe spent 8 months without heat but they didn't care and didn't give us any form of compensation, they accused us of many things like smoking weed, having pets illegaly and told us they even filmed us but don't want to show us the videos! We arrived in a dirty place that we spent a week to clean but they didn't care at all. They treated us so badly, I wouldn't recommend this agency at all! Now, it's been more than a month we left the apartment and they still don't want to refund us for the pro-rata rent and the deposit! We only got problems with them, STAY AWAY !

GoogleIt was a nice experience i dont really remember his name but was a spanish or southamerican agent was a really nice guy who help me to find the best property that i could have, he was who was dealing with me and my wife and both of us finish this process very happy with the customer service in particular with him.
