The agency is very responsive, they are available to hear out our issues and help them resolve. Priscilla Ogefere provided full support during my moving out and also helped get my deposit back. She took care of my issue personally and was very kind. Overall it was a bit slow but a smooth experience.

Sardar Berzo has been extremely resourceful and prompt in solving all our issues. He has also been proactive in following up on any pending issues and coordinating with the landlord for a quick resolution.
