We just bought our first house, and Andrina was more then helpful. As FTB, we had lots of questions 😊, but their quick response and support throughout this process made this purchase so smooth. They also work amazing as a team.I would highly recommend Andrina ! Thank you for the nice experience

GoogleFaron Sutaria has been helping me find tenants for several years. All the staff have been very helpful with all aspects of letting, however, Keelie has been superb. She has been thorough in everything that she has done, and has been a delight to work with. I just hope that she is still at the branch when I need a new tenant!

TrustpilotPoor experience
As a landlord, I cannot recommend this agency. They have high staff turnover, are extremely disorganized, blatantly mis-inform, and oversee shoddy maintenance. The experience from the POV of the tenant seems to be just as poor. The sales team blatantly over-promises, then the landlord is left trying to understand why they are on the hook for things they explicitly did not agree to. Really a horrible experience all around.
Dear Jenny Hall, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied. If you wish to share any further comments about your experience, please do email us on hq@johndwood.co.uk. Kind regards, John D Wood & Co.

GoogleFaron Sutaria was very helpful in helping me find a flat in the Mayfair area. They were professional, diligent, and personally invested in every step of the process - despite various obstacles along the way. The agency was able to circumnavigate any difficulties encountered and Charlotte herself spent much time ensuring everything ran smoothly towards the end and maintained client happiness.

TrustpilotJohn D Wood Wandsworth
Jake and the team at Wandsworth were fantastic from start to finish in the sale of my property. In what has been as a trying time for many people in viewing properties the team out performed what I had expected of them and made the selling process easy from start to finish.

TrustpilotSale of flat in the Fulham area…
I sold a flat in the Fulham area through the John D Wood team in Parsons Green/ Fulham Broadway. For various reasons (outside control of John D Wood or myself), this was a long, drawn-out sales process. I have to say that John D Wood team was at all times professional, responsive and went above and beyond to get the sale done and completed. I would certainly recommend John D Wood to my friends and contacts.

GoogleI had Keelie as my estate agent and she was absolutely wonderful. She answered every call, replied every email and was always very reassuring and informative. I honestly could not have asked for a better person to take me through my first letting experience. Office was very accommodating and manager was a huge help!

GoogleWe did our rental with Katie Sweetingham who was really helpful. Having had to do a couple of these at short notice due to building works, we found working with Katie and John D Wood to be the most painless of all our experiences with estate agents. She responded quickly to our inquiries and made the move go along on time and without fuss. Would definitely recommend.
Thank you Ben for your 5* review and kind comments. It's good to hear that you would recommend Katie and the team. All the best, Mike.

TrustpilotAlessandro Lucatello, John D Wood & Co PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Alessandro Lucatello, Head of Property Management at John D Wood, does an exceptional job. He always goes above & beyond to ensure my needs & wishes - as a landlord - are met. This includes personally overseeing projects on my property - something he could easily delegate but chooses to see things through for himself. He's amazing - & so are his staff who have looked after me for many, many years now. I can't recommend John D Wood for your Property Management needs, more highly. First class - always!

TrustpilotSelling with JDW Summertown
We highly recommend prospective sellers to consider JDW in Summertown. Our experience has been first class and the JDW service was highly professional right from the start - realistic estimate of house value, knowledge of the local market and how to maximise our sale price and managing our anxieties and expectations throughout the whole lengthy process to completion. The team were always professional, responsive and friendly and definitely worked hard to help us achieve our sale. They managed everything - EPC, flattering professional photographs included as part of the service, all the very many viewings, right through to chasing solicitors and other parties all along the chain to achieve completion. If you are considering selling your home, then do consider calling Daniel or Wai at JDW.

Claire Carter (based at the Weybridge branch) handled my purchase from start to finish and was exceedingly efficient. I was on a very tight timeline yet she saw no reason as to why we could not complete on time and she held true to her word. She chased deadlines when needs be and kept me informed immediately of any requests for information or any news.I never had to chase her for an answer to any question I had and I hugely appreciated her transparency throughout the process. I cannot recommend her and the agency enough.
