If I could give John D Wood, Southfields more starts, I would. Absolutely incredible service from start to finish for the purchase of our property. In particular Lewis Hiscox was wonderful. He was incredibly professional and extremely accommodating, always going the extra mile, especially we we were residing in another country during the sale. I thoroughly recommend John D Wood Southfields!

Can't recommend Chris and John D Wood Southfields highly enough. Chris supported us through the process of selling our home from start to finish. As always, there were some stressful moments in our chain to move but Chris was always on hand to advise on the best course of action or just to find out what was happening from the other parties. He was responsive to calls messages and a just a nice person to deal with. We will definitely be using Chris and John D Wood again, although not any time soon as we love our new home!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We would highly recommend John D Wood in Southfields - in particular Chris, who was very responsive, dedicated and always on it throughout the entire process. He gave us a fair evaluation, accurate quote and we were able to get our property on the market very quickly. Chris remained our key point of contact and the communication with us, other agents in the chain and solicitors was very swift. We felt like we received a very good, professional service and would choose John D Wood again!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Jack was instrumental in us finding our new home, understanding our preferences and sharing new listings as soon as he saw something that matched, while also advocating for us during the offer period. Thanks a lot Jack and team.

I wish that I read the reviews prior to my dealings with this agent. I’ve been a landlord for decades, have mostly stayed with the same company for a very long period, any issues were always resolved promptly and I felt that my custom was important. Having engaged JWD for a very short time, I’m bitterly regretting my decision. Before tenants were found, I stipulated that the I’ve always directly seen to any issues arising from the tenants regarding the property, that I engage my own contractors. But lo and behold, JDW has taken a “FLOAT “ from the rent received. It’s not possible to contact the person responsible as they only have “SKELETON “ staff working!! Since my engagement with the agency, having spoken with a few people, it transpired that there are quite a few disgruntled people like me who find that the agency doesn’t provide an adequate service.

We recently bought our first home through JDW. We had a great experience with Lewis and the wider team. They were friendly, professional and proactive at every stage, and communication was clear and timely throughout. It really made a difference - would happily recommend them.

We have been working with John D Wood Southfields for more than 5 years now, wether it concerned the purchase of our property, or the letting. This time, I’m extremely pleased with the work and effort that Amanda has put since day one on this new tenancy. I’m not saying this because it is a happy ending for us, but mostly because she contacted us immediately, stayed in very close communication till the end to close the deal ; thus, despite the difference in time zone. Also, my neighbours confirmed that the JDW sign was already in place the very next day. Amanda is very professional and we have been lucky to have her.

We sold our house in Southfields through John D wood and Chris was our main contact . It took us just over a year to sell our property and the best thing was that we got near enough to asking price . The best thing about Chris was that he was always available on the phone and mobile and returned e-mails very promptly . I would also say he was more realistic about the selling price than other agents were and with his proactive approach we got to where we needed to be . I would use them again in the future

It was very difficult to choose the right estate agent, to trust in someone to represent my property the way it deserved it. John D Wood is definitely a good choice! Everyone at the Southfields branch is very helpful, I have had a lot of contact with Elaine, but eventually, my home was sold by Chris Mizen. Chris was amazing throughout the process, he was very active from concept to completion. During the viewings I was given regular updates, without having to chase. Once The Buyer came along he coordinated between us and the Buyer and all the solicitors, he even kept an eye on the whole chain. He really looked after the transaction. Thank you Chris!

We moved to Southfields with the help of John D Wood a couple of months back. We loved Elaine right from the first viewing - she was so friendly, helpful and knowledgable and a step above any other estate agent we'd met with. She was incredible helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, always keeping us in the loop and making sure everything was running smoothly. We completely trusted her and always enjoyed speaking to her! Would highly recommend John D Wood - thank you Elaine and the rest of the team!

We can highly recommend John D Wood Southfields, especially Amanda who has recently rented out our house. Amanda has been so professional throughout the whole process and we felt she took time to really understood what we were needing. In addition with all the current difficulties associated with Covid, Amanda was very careful to adhere to all Covid precautions during the viewings so we felt extremely safe - many thanks!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

J D Wood deliver quick tenant find …

Our flat had been on the market with another leading agency for a while but we’d not received any response. It was amazing to see Tushar work to get the property listed and the J D Wood team turn it around within a week or so to get a tenant in. Super quick and efficient. Whole process was very smooth and professional.
