We have dealt with John D Wood in Wandsworth both to purchase a property and to sell one. Our experience has been positive, particular with Stewart Harrison, Head of Sales, who was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and on the ball. Stewart always took the time to speak to us, answer questions and give advice. Jimmy Gallagher was also fantastic.

She was warm and personable, in which I felt comfortable in being honest with her regarding my thoughts and questions. She assisted me with all queries from the very start, in which I had many as you’d expect from a first time buyer. Andrina had made my experience a highly pleasant one in which I felt reassured until the end. I honestly am so thankful that she was in charge of my property purchase. As first time buyers, James understood our worries and always, very patiently, took the time to answer our questions. Buying a home can be such a stressful experience, but it helps so much to know that you can trust the estate agent - especially when they represent the seller's interests. Having a knowledgeable, honest and - most importantly - calm person to work with through the process is invaluable. We are so grateful to James for all the work he did to help us become homeowners!

Great overall experience when renting a flat in Fulham through John D Wood.Eduard Popa was extremely helpful with my flat search. He was able to address all questions about the property I was inquiring about in a very professional and reliable manner.Finding a flat in February 2022 when most companies and universities are asking people to come back to London had become an impossible mission, taking most of my evenings and weekends.I walked into John D Wood at 10am on a Saturday, and by 2.30pm, my offer had been accepted and one week deposit paid to secure the property. Eduard removed the property from the website in front of me to avoid any future misunderstandings. The rest of the team were really helpful in the following days as we worked through the references process and the tenancy agreement.Eduard, Abigail and Lola, a team of superstars at John D Wood Fulham!I definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for a flat in Fulham.

I would like to put 0 or less but it’s not possible, the estate agent John D Wood in Weybridge it’s a joke so unprofessional, ignoring customers after paying the deposit, only to don’t return them back with the pathetic excuse (Tegan Ellis).I don’t understand how can existing on the market the estate agency like this one , with so many 1 star reviews, apparently they try to take advantage and don’t return the money because I’m foreigner .Giorgio Mitu

As that tenancy was ending, Imogen & Shoeni proactively contacted me about a property which they felt would be a great match for my requirements. I viewed it, they were spot on and I made an offer (under their guidance) straight away, which was accepted. All the checks and paperwork were organised in less than a week. GoogleMy partner and I viewed a property shown by James Setright. We were particularly impressed with his knowledge, not only of the property but the surrounding area and approximate costs of renovations we were considering. He was incredibly professional, making us feel comfortable and informed enough to put in an offer, whilst representing his vendor to the best of his abilities. We very strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks for making a stressful experience a lot less stressful! To add to this. We just exchanged on this property and James has remained available and supportive throughout. He was a huge help with our difficult solicitor and a real asset for the whole experience. We also met his colleague Stewart who was similarly knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. Overall, seems to be an outstanding agency in general.

GoogleI can't speak highly enough of this office. I have just exchanged on a property and cannot praise James, Stuart and Victoria enough for their perseverance and support in getting our sale agreed. Prior to selling Shoeni and the rental team managed this pretty for many years, again highly professional finding good and ultimately happy tenants for the property. All in all a professional team be it for sales or lettings. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.
