Really bad when it comes to services. My deposit is stuck with them for more than 2 months. Always some lame excuse for not paying back. There is an property manager named Moesha, who will never address any query but will just be harsh I hope to give below 1 star but that the least i can go.

Claire has been excellent in helping us find a rental properly from abroad. She was super flexible with our requirements and timing and always kept us in the loop once we found the property. She did an extra video viewing and asked many questions to current tenants on our behalf. I would highly recommend Claire and her team and if were to rent again would definitely use them!

I have a property which is fully managed by JohnDWoods , they couldn't renew my contract due to sick leave of their employee , they cant solve my problem I have to reach to tenant by myself and trying to solve the issues , 20 days pasts the contract end date .

This company make an appearance of disorganization, but could not possible stay in business, if they were, indeed, as disorganized as they appear. Having managed to fend me off for three days whilst I was house-hunting in France; I finally found that the gem of a house I had found - in Perpignan - was taken off the market; in order that it could be purchased by a relative of one of the partners/directors of John D Wood. Worse than inefficient and unprofessional ... very close to fraudulent! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

GoogleMy boyfriend and I opted to use John D. Wood Chelsea when looking to move flats. Katie Sweetingham was an absolute incredible assistance! We have now found our new place to call home and it is all thanks to the brilliant work, communication and patience of Katie & Ed at John D. Wood. I rented a property which was managed by this company. The agents made promises they did not meet and the management agents are extremely poor. There was a flood and the information provided by the company turned out to be in accurate so they have refused to reimburse me for the hotel and all costs. I have had to instruct my lawyers to start a court process.

GoogleMy wife and I spent roughly a month searching for a flat, ended up in contact with approximately 10-15 agents at various agencies and no one was nearly as impressive as Sam Pierotti at John D Wood. She was the hardest working, most thoughtful and personable agent, by far, and is probably the best agent we've ever worked with in our eight years in London. It was a absolute pleasure working with her. Tim Lawler was very attentive and helpful as well.

GoogleJohn d wood Chelsea and Katie have made moving flats at a v stressful period for me seamless and easy. Katie is lovely, very efficient and extremely honest. I felt like I could take all her advice at face value, she v quickly ascertained what I was looking for and I felt v safe in her capable hands. I would thoroughly recommend the agency - it is the best lettings experience I have had in London.

If I could give zero I will! Awful experience starting from when they gave me the keys and then literally disappeared! Then the inventory was totally different from what I found in the house and when I contacted them they said contact the landlord we can’t do anything! Glad that the landlord was cooperative. Now after leaving the house it took them 10 days to send me the inventory checkout and I called them everyday and they gave a different story every day! Now I have been chasing the deposit for 1 month! Literally awful experience, avoid at any cost.
