GoogleI was very impressed with the service we received from Oscar - who was very friendly and honest. I liked that he allowed me to look around the house without being a shadow (which often estate agents do). I would definitely recommend this agency (and Oscar in particular).

If I could give them no stars I would!They ignore calls and emails, don't contact us back. We have ongoing issues for months which they have done nothing about. Avoid them at all costs!!!!

Disappointed with the customer service from J.D.Wood when things don't go well they won't help. Also their renewals dept is not good and their accounts dept is not well organised at present.Could do a lot better.
