GoogleWe had a great experience setting up the tenancy, but as tenants the management of the flat has been upsetting so far. No reply to our emails, broken washing machine not being repaired, and more. In fact, the company is in legal breach of contract... I wouldn't recommend it neither as tenant or landlord. It strike me as a company that took up too many flats to manage for their capacity. Furthermore, they did not communicate the costs for hot water for the building prior to the tenancy, which in my opinion is a deceptive practice.

GoogleWe recently rented a flat through JLL, guided expertly by Dovile and Bruna. The whole process was extremely smooth - any questions we had were answered quickly and with detail. The team were happy to go and view the property ahead of the move in date to provide information on queries we had - a true 5 star service! The property is largely problem free, however any issues we’ve had have been dealt with expertly by Keely our Property Manager - greatly appreciate how efficiently issues have been dealt with. Having previously rented with a different agency, the team at JLL are head and shoulders above and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

GoogleWe had a great experience with JLL and would absolutely, 100% recommend them. If you’re looking to buy in the Greenwich area, they’re probably the best agency to go for. All the properties they showed us were great and they clearly made an effort the find us places that met our requirements. We did find and buy our dream home! Michael was amazing. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the house and the neighbourhood. They really supported us throughout the buying process and even after! A week after closing the sale and moving in, I got caught in the rain and I bumped into Michael who gave me his umbrella. What a legend!

GoogleWe have worked with Emma and Raphael from Houseman for 8 years and in that time we have found them extremely responsive, acting responsibly on behalf of the tenants and the landlords be it moving in, moving out or issues that occur during the tenancy. They have very good relations with the contractors they use and can always be relied upon to take a pragmatic view around any issues that crop up. Trust is a word that sometimes gets forgotten in this area, but not here.

GoogleSmooth and professional process. Eilis has been great from the beginning and made the experience one of the easiest I've been involved in - if you want a Real Estate agent that doesn't make you feel like you're dealing with a Real Estate agent on commission - ask for Ellis.

Their advice has always been spot on. They are high quality and totally efficient with everything they do. GoogleWe dealt with Isobel to secure our new home and I have nothing but positive words to share for the whole process and Isobel’s part in this. We initially inquired about a different property, which unfortunately had just been let. Isobel however kept us in mind and informed us a similar property had just dropped in price. We went to view the apartment the next morning, and 5 days later we moved in. The whole process was so smooth, and Isobel and the whole team are so professional.
