GoogleThey are quick to take your money and will contact landlord and managent company all smoothly but when you are trying to get your deposit back they point you to the landlord who never replies.

GoogleExcellent user experience; Hannah was attentive and responsible, and everything went smoothly from the initial communication to finally receiving the keys. However, communication with the property manager, Antonella, after moving in was difficult; many issues couldn't be resolved promptly, just like buying a product without after-sales service.

GoogleDear Raphael & Emma, Houseman Homes I’ve known you both for several years and we’ve worked together on many occasions which I thank you for. In this time, you’ve sold mums house and this time round a house on behalf of my mother-in-law. 2020 was a challenge for many and during lockdown we had to move Lauren’s nan into full time care. It was a real tough time for all. We put Daphne’s house on the market to afford the full-time care and she unfortunately passed away. 93 years old and I’m pretty sure she wanted to kick my arse. You guys were absolutely first class. From advising us all on not taking certain offers, advising buyers on future planning permission to avoid time wasters, and handling the family during their loss. All of this as well as keeping the buyers informed throughout the probate. Thank you both for this above and beyond service. For taking care of the family home in a professional and personal way, achieving a fantastic price and looking after everyone. You guys were immense. Thank you! All the best Andrew Black

We gave you the property on a Tuesday and it was rented by the Friday to the first Couple who came to see it, they then paid the deposit whilst still on the drive!! GoogleHIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSEMAN Raphael and Emma are really great to deal with and I felt their approach was friendly, informative and very professional from start to finish. I have worked with them on several projects in the past and highly recommend them. They are always available to Landlords and Tennent's and will always do the best for clients and with a demonstrable record of success, having expert knowledge in their field gives them an edge over other letting agents. GoogleI just completed a successful flat-renting experience with Rosie Lynam. She was thorough in providing all of the responses to my questions, she had helpful suggestions, and she was very efficient in all the follow-ups. Everything was handled seamlessly. Also, after I moved in, there was just a basic repair required in the flat, and Rosie took the time to check in on that, too, and expedite the response. I'm really happy with the way my whole flat process went, and would recommend working with Rosie to anyone.

GoogleI’d like to express our thanks to John and Tom for all their help in getting our flat let out. They quickly got tradesmen in to do painting, carpet fitting and some electrical and plumbing repairs, ready for a new tenant. The whole process has been very speedy, Tom in particular has always been good at keeping us informed of the progress with the tenancy.
