GoogleWe bought our first flat with Gemma at JDM Blackheath - she was really helpful guiding us through the process, arranging extra visits to see the property when we wanted to check things and helping us discuss questions with the seller. She's also super lovely! Would definitely check in with JDM whenever we're next thinking about moving (not for a long while yet!)

GoogleMy sale was quite longwinded (over 6months) with many questions back and forth. I found the Blackheath team very friendly, approachable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Their communication was good and the notes left on their system accurate negating the need to explain everything from scratch each time. I would definitely recommend them, they were a pleasure to work with.

GoogleApart from a slow start with an asking price that was clearly too high (and not driven by me), the team did a really good job thereafter. JDM staff were unhelpful throughout our tenancy especially when moving in. The day we arrived to collect the keys at checkin the carpets had only just been cleaned and were wet (the property had been empty for a month) and there was a gentleman cementing the outside steps so we could not get our furniture into the back of the house. Following this we had many issues which were all documented and many not resolved.
We are sorry to hear that your experience of dealing with jdm Lettings has not been to the standard expected. We will look into the points you have raised.

It was a long process in the current difficult market not helped by the complexity of selling leasehold flats due to all the new certificates required but they were incredibly supportive and persistent, liaising with both me and my buyers well to get the process to completion. Would recommend.

GoogleI have been a tenant managed by Blackheath team mostly Debbie R. , Mark and Patricia. They are a lovely team and ensure everything is sorted promptly and process is smooth both during beginning and end of contract. They keep to high standard and a great level of professionalism and contact you to get your convenient time for everything .They follow up on repairs and act on customers complains and queries really well. Thankyou for the support and I highly recommend you to anyone in search of property to rent or manage.

GoogleJDM were shortlisted by me based on agents I used when purchasing the property a few years ago. When they came to value the property, they showed a good understanding of the local market, but also were the most approachable and personable of the agents I met. Elaine exudes integrity, and this is what made me choose them. Throughout the process I was confident in all of the team. They all knew the property and were able to assist with enquiries on it. I was given regular updates and had a dedicated WhatsApp group set up with the agent to communicate quickly where required. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending JDM to anyone in Blackheath / Greenwich and will hope to use them again in the future.

GoogleProfessional team, understanding and accommodating. My dealings were initially with Alex and Richard as I was due to sell the property, however, following complications I then decided to rent. Due to the excellent service I received during the challenging sale period, I did not speak to any other agents when I came to find a lettings agent for the property. I was introduced to Mark who followed Alex and Richard's informed and reliable service, and he provided a helpful insight into the wider strategy and detail of becoming a Landlord. He ensured I was fully compliant and managed both my expectations and understanding of the roles and responsibilities I was signing up to. I would certainly recommend JDM for both sales and lettings.
