As it was a long chain, there was a lot of managing on their part. Gemma, Elaine and Stuart all are excellent and all knew exactly where we were at in the process. The entire process, from viewing to exchange, was completed in 9 weeks, which included 1-2 weeks of delays and issues at the top of the chain. The team were extremely professional, persistent in chasing all parties, and went above and beyond to ensure our completion happened on time. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend their service!

GoogleI used JDM Blackheath to let out my flat recently, and the service I got from Mark and Payge was first class, head and shoulders ahead of any other lettings agent I have used before. If I compare them to a certain online only estate agent I had used previously, JDM were much more thorough in vetting prospective tenants. Instead of picking the first one with sufficient financial means, they chose the one that they thought would be a better tenant. JDM were also much more proactive and helpful is sorting out questions and issues that the new tenant had. Overall, a very friendly and professional team. GoogleA massive thank you to Mandy, Scott and Alex for all their help over the past 5 months. We used JDM for a sale and purchase. Mandy and Alex were excellent at helping with the purchase of our new home, making sure it was cleaned and emptied in time for completion. They went above and beyond. Scott was our estate agent for the sale of our flat. I can not emphasise enough how fundamental Scott was to making the entire chain go through. He was absolutely brilliant. JDM were excellent in all respects. I really felt they acted in my best interests, guiding and offering their support from the beginning to the very end. It is the latter aspect that especially impressed me. The after sales and ongoing service even after exchange of contracts was second to none, including dealing/negotiating on extra furnishings the purchaser wanted. I should specifically mention Kristina S and Jemima L who were so responsive and with us all the way. Use of their personal mobiles and texts was so efficient too. GoogleParticularly impressed with a very conscientious, thoughtful and speedy service throughout. Dealt with Alex mainly, and was very impressed. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. They chased up solicitors and sped up the process and as a result saved us time and money. The only estate agent I would recommend in London.

GoogleMARK emailed me and said we did not except the offer because you asked for a deduction, every where you go in life you try for the cheapest rate, (right) being car's, bikes, skateboard, foot ball, Trainer's, I only asked one question that was can you please if you can lower the price a little bit if not don't worry and I will pay the maximum price. He replied and said the market is strong so I'm sorry you have not got the property .I believe the place is still vacant but unfortunately commission is the key?

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from the JDM team. I recently rented out my family home for the first time. Mark and Jack in particular, have been very supportive, efficient and professional throughout the process of getting the house ready and on to the market. A lot of work was needed in the house and garden. They gave thoughtful, sensitive advice and guidance as well as finding a succession of brilliant tradesmen for the works. I’m not based in London and was therefore totally reliant on JDM to be responsible for arranging everything for me. They were fantastic and made a difficult situation as easy as possible, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much!

I met Mandy at my first viewing and she was punctual, warm, and professional, showing me around the property and answering all of my questions. I then had a few interactions on the phone in the couple of weeks before sale was agreed and at all times, Mandy was efficient and friendly and kept the lines of communication open clearly. When the sale was agreed, she kept in regular touch about how the sale was progressing. I got a lovely warm reception when I came to the office to collect my keys, which was a nice way to celebrate the occasion (that and the package of goodies I received from Mandy on behalf of JDM which I thought was a very thoughtful touch!). However JDM were very consistent and always did their best to help me sell my first property and walk me through the process step by step. The agents were great to deal with, kept me updated throughout pre and post sale. I definitely recommend working with JDM if you need to sell your property in London!
