Only viewed one rental property with the JDM Greenwich office but was highly impressed. E-mail and telephone communications to arrange this viewing went very smoothly indeed. Although the flat did not ultimately match my requirements, special mention should be made of the charming and personable Alex, who was also understanding when I was slightly delayed and very helpful when it came to answering my questions about the rental market. Overall, this company struck me as being a cut above other estate agencies.

Manager JDM ELTHAM appalling bully

Apart from one v helpful lady at the Eltham Branch. I move had a really awful and quite frankly bullying level of service from this branch manager . I gave the spare key to the agent to show qualified buyers around. Numerous times only one bolt on the door was locked, not the dead bolt and me having to call the agent to remind them to ensure both bolts should be locked. Once lights left on and when I messaged the manager he didn’t even get back to me and communication was a constant problem where the manager wouldn’t get back to me despite texting he would. I have all the chaser emails and text messages. I could go on but honestly he’s not worth the effort. Such a shame as the lady he has recently appointed to follow up and offer a level of customer service is wonderful.

JDM are managing the sale of a local property I was interested in. I called 4 times over the space of a week and left my details, financial position for a call back and no one bothered to call back. Eventually when I did get a call back, it was to tell me they had carried out 15 viewings and had multiple offers so the vendor will not carrying out further viewings, which means I had missed out on a great property. Incredibly Frustrating!
