GoogleVery rude on the phone, they will not allow you to book viewing unless you already have offer on your property. I would not trust them to sell my property and would not recommend them.
We are very sorry that you are upset, we would never intend to be rude, so if you felt this then we apologise. We do have rules to follow but we appreciate that you are not happy with the way this has been handled. You have viewed the property once, three weeks ago and stated that you have still not placed your property on the market which will need to be sold before you can buy. You wished to come around and bring builders for quotations. We will not carry out further viewings unless you are in a position to buy, which you confirmed that you are not. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we are even more protective of our clients in this way. We have explained this to our selling clients and they are happy with our response. We tried to explain this to you and thought we did so politely. We will always defend our sellers from any unnecessary risk and any contact increases risk in a Pandemic. Contacts from you and your builders would be unwise and certainly goes against government guidelines-sorry and best of luck with selling your home.

GoogleSome 13 years ago I sold my house through James Alexander to buy in a different area but had sufficient left over to buy a flat for rent. New to being a landlord I sought advice from them for a suitable property and bought their recommendation. In 13 years the flat has been vacant for just a few weeks in all that time with very little work need doing to it in that time. Long standing staff Kelly and Caroline have always been a great help in dealing with any issues Cant recommend James Alexander highly enough. Very professional

She was brilliant from start to finish, dealing with a particularly sensitive situation with care and attention.
