GoogleWas lucky enough to deal with Paris while on my property search, and while we didn't end up going with that flat I cant fault the service.
Professional and not pushy, I had dealt with some other agents before who just send you rubbish that would be of no intrest to you. This wasn't the case.
The way Sales work is changing and Paris really seemed to grasp that! No more old school pushy sales!

GoogleWe made the big decision to move from our beloved Balham to Wandsworth and we decided to utilise Jackson’s for the second time for consistency. However we wish to convey our delight in dealing with Taylor. She 100% understood what we were looking for in our next home and she came out trumps! We love our new apartment and location so much and we owe it all to Taylor. Both my husband and I are both in sales and we didn’t find Taylor pushy. My husband would even consider offering a position within his organisation as she is truest a rare find. Keep the good work up!

GoogleThey are fantastic in showing you great properties then once you've signed the contract, you are on your own. Definitely place priority on landlords and do not care about tenants. During our 3 years, we had 3 different property managers and all were incompetent. I've heard similar situations from other tenants under Jacksons that the response time is dismal especially for maintenance issues. It would take us weeks to get anything fixed or repaired and that would be due to several phone calls in addition to emails. We loved our place but were treated badly after having to end our contract early due to tragic family circumstances, beware of a heartless Ms Everard. If you are looking at estate agents in Wandsworth, head elsewhere because there are plenty of better options!

GoogleI’ve been renting my flat in Wandsworth from Jacksons for just over 18 months now. In that time, I’ve had a couple of different property managers, and the experience has been very positive. I have had very few problems with the property itself, and those that I have had have been resolved promptly. On minor issues, responses have occasionally been a little slow, but the important issues have always been dealt with swiftly and appropriately. My only very minor complaint would be being badgered to leave this Google review! I would recommend Jacksons to anyone looking to rent in Wandsworth.

While many other estate agents would not offer any properties months in advance, Jackson's quickly arranged several viewings well in advance. During a visit to the London, Taylor informed us that while some of the properties were now off the market, some others had come on and so we still have some to see. We found a flat that we are very happy with and thought that Taylor offered a very good and pro-active service.
