GoogleVery helpful and responsive. It was very easy to book a viewing for the property we liked and Paris has been helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Jacksons Wandsworth.

GoogleThis review has 2 parts. 5 stars for the Lettings team, they were a dream to work with in helping to find a suitable property for me. Friendly and professional without being pushy (like experienced with other agents) and have made the moving process so more pain-free. 1 star for the Property Management team, I was without heating for over a month and they didn't seem too concerned. The person doing the check-out didn't compare to the check-in report, which also had things missing so I made sure to and would highly recommend doing your own review on check-in

GoogleWe recently rented a property from Jackson’s and had a fantastic overall experience. Kieran Bleu showed us round the flat who was personable and knowledgeable. The process was smooth, with Kieran keeping us up to date on a daily basis. With the landlords being in Australia, I can’t imagine communication has been easy however it’s been faultless. By far the smoothest experience I have had during my 5 years in SW London.

She was always on the ball, answering our many questions and showing us around different properties to help us find the one. After narrowly missing out on our first find she let us know immediately when a new flat became available and got us in to view it the same day. She knew exactly what we were after, and this resulted in us putting in an offer straight after viewing.
