Nathan was fantastic throughout our rental search. He was really thoughtful with our time, only suggesting properties that matched what we were looking for and stayed within budget. He always called beforehand to talk through properties before suggesting viewings, was incredibly helpful with all our questions, and made the whole process easy and stress‑free. Have recently had a wonderful experience working with Jacksons Wandsworth. Called for the first time with my housing needs Tuesday morning, had viewings booked for the afternoon, accepted offer on Thursday. I worked with both Patrick and Renee. Both were extremely lovely to tour homes with and answered all my questions. Renee ended up finding the home (blew away expectations) and she has been wonderful in negotiating the terms of the offer and than walking through the process from start to finish. I would recommend this office to any friend. I expected finding a London rental with a dog to take weeks maybe a couple months, not 2 days. Fantastic. Exceeded all expectations.
