Looking for a new place to live is never easy until you meet the team from Jacksons. Joseph and Renee was an absolute 5*. Professional, friendly helpful. We got the flat we 1st flat we wanted all thanks to Joseph. He showed us the flat, we wanted it and it gone to someone else. Had an amazing experience as a tenant with Jackson’s Estate Agents and Paris, one of their letting agents. It was tough for me as a first time renter in the UK to understand the rent process details. When I had any requests and questions, Paris was eager to answer them and, in general, was nice, supportive and accommodating through the whole process. Excellent experience with everyone at Jacksons. I mostly dealt with Mahenar, who was pretty much the only estate agent in the London area who actually helped me find somewhere nice to rent. Most the other agencies were rude, and largely non-human. Mahenar especially helped me navigate a tricky market, and recommended several properties to view. Nothing was a rush or a problem. Had great experience recently in my rental search, in particular with Natasha, showed multiple properties and was always helpful guiding us through the process and helped get the flat we wanted! Was always happy to answer calls even for minor things and even spotted a minor change needed to contract that we didn’t even notice so much appreciated there. Was also nice as Natasha had showed us the property we moved into a year ago as well so was nice to see her again to show us round as we could trust her and she even vividly remembered the property from over a year ago which I found very impressive.
