Really impressed with Jacksons’ professional service that helped secure our desired property in what was a quick turnaround. My wife and I would like to pay particular thanks to Paris for her flexible, friendly and responsive approach even though she continually laughed at my wife mocking me 😁. Even if I didn't submit any offer, I would like to thank Alin for being so helpful with me. Alin is really professional, smily and available. He took the time to show me the same place 2 times in one day and didn't try to push me to put an offer on it but instead wanted me to make sure about that I was renting what was the best for me. Recently went through the process of taking up a tenancy with Abbe at Jacksons and was very easy and smooth. She happily listened to our needs an md requests and only contacted us regarding properties that met our requirements. Signing and processing the tenancy was also very easy and all done online with us only having to go to the office to show ID's which was no issue as they were open most evenings after my working day was done. This was our first time using jacksons and was a very pleasant one. Abbe was amazing never a phone call away and always able to chase up what we needed. The communication was good and made the process easier. We found the right property first time round, and pleased after meeting the landlord that it's in very good hands with ourselves and jacksons. I think they offer quick service and at times maybe stressful with the move was able to help every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone as the team where really helpful and able to get hold of which I think is very important when we live in a very fast pace environment.

Highly recommend Jacksons Estate Agents as a service, in particular the team at Wandsworth Town. Alin Andronic was my agent and was very helpful through the entire rental process. He was able to explain all key aspects of renting the property, walked me through the documentation and checks involved and above all was personable and approachable throughout. He was highly responsive to my questions and the agency has seamless processes in place which allowed me to sign contracts in soft copy, without visiting the agency in person.
