Abbe was extemely motivated and achieved the target rent and long term tenant in a very quick time. The follow up service from finding tenant, referencing through to check in was extremely smooth. Moving house can be so daunting. Taylor from Jacksons Wandsworth has made it so easy for us. She helped us find the perfect home and has been incredibly helpful, attentive and patient from the time we viewed the house until we signed our contract. She has never been pushy (most letting agents we have dealt with were harassing us). She's been very responsive throughout the process, always answering/returning our calls promptly, and answering every single question we had. What I find amazing is that even though we are now dealing with Landlord directly, we know that Taylor and Jacksons Wandsworth's team will always be available to assist us if need be. Our Adventure Begins in our newly accommodated rented apartment in Charter-house Apartments with my partner which we are very excited for and would not have been possible without the help of our Super Agent Yasmin, She was extremely polite and helpful to us and made our processing for lettings smooth as any tenants would wish for. She was so helpful she made the left-out furniture from the previous tenants disappear in no time when we reported to her which proves her Excellence on her management level. I've worked with Jacksons both a Landlord and as a Seller and can't recommend them highly enough. Both the lettings and sales teams are extremely pro-active and nothing is ever a problem for them - they are always happy to help and have consistently exceeeded my expectations. On the lettings side Kelly and Tom are very attentive and responsive and you know your property is in good hands. On the sales side Dan, Tash and David were always a pleasure to work with, keeping us informed at every stage of the process and maintaining the momentum of the sale. The whole Jacksons team have a very good knowledge of the market and their honesty and pro-activity is something which truly differentiates them. We have recently signed a contract on a rental property through Jackons and have been dealing with Taylor, who has been really professional throughout. She has always got back to us promptly, never makes us feel like we're bothering her (maybe when we have), and is always super friendly. The whole operation has been slick from start to finish.
